Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A few types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or products with flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund will be approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kityball.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver later sent the order to them for a refund, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Shipping
To return your item, you must submit a request to info@kityball.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
