Delivery area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered via Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this REGION. PRODUCTS will be sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.
Shipping time
They will be delivered to you within 7-11 business days.
Preparing the order, then issuing an invoice, the current status of the products in stock are specified on our WEBSITE. It is understood that these periods are outside of weekends or public holidays. Provided that the electronic address shown in the registration form is correct, an electronic message will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are sent.
Delivery times and costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and formulas for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery method. If we do not offer free shipping, the amount of these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to ensure that he/she collects the package at his/her post office.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date specified when choosing the carrier at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order. It is stated that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must give formal notice to the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable period of time and may terminate the contract in the event of non-delivery within this period. The SELLER will refund to the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes and delivery costs, without undue delay from the receipt of the termination letter, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for the purchase. SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. It is noted that the CUSTOMER has a three (3) day period to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.
